- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (brightens the flavor)
- Pinch of fine sea salt (enhances sweetness)
- Optional add-ins: 1–2 tablespoons cream cheese for extra richness, a pinch of cinnamon, or a little lemon zest
